How Pre-Order Works

What  is a pre-order?

A pre-order is when an item is available to purchase but is not yet produced. Products that are listed on the website can be pre-ordered for a limited period of time. By allowing pre-orders on a product, we are controlling the levels of production and our customers get exclusive products that won't be available after the pre-order ends. The pre-order ensures the exclusivity and uniqueness of the products.

How pre-order works?

You select the items you would like to pre-order and add them to the card. You have to pay a 30 percent non-refundable deposit of the price of the product. This is because we are producing the product per your request. The production time depends on the product. The remaining balance is paid closer to the delivery date or upon collection. The pre-order allows small level of customisation to be applied to the products, making them one of a kind.

How long do you  have to wait?

Products usually are produced within 2 to 3 weeks after the pre-order is placed. For some it may take more time due to the elaborate and intricate production process. Rest assured, it is worth the wait, for you will receive a timeless and exclusive product, made just for you!

Can your return the products from pre-order?

Products from the pre-order can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. In order for the return to be successful, the product should have full integrity and no damages. Due to the exclusive nature of the product, only 70 percent of the payment would be refunded - the price without the deposit.

How pre-order makes fashion more sustainable?

We strive to limit the amount of inventory to match the exact amount you, our clients, desire - not less, nor more. You will receive products that won't be available after the pre-orders ends. This means that only you and the few people who participated in the pre-order will own the products from the collection. By producing in limited quantities, we ensure the exclusive nature of the products and we control our environmental footprint.
