How Pre-Order Works
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows us to produce a garment entirely for you. Every Hristakiev piece is made to order, ensuring that each product is crafted specifically for its owner rather than kept in stock. As part of the pre-order process, garments can be tailored to your measurements and accommodate minor customizations whenever possible. This approach allows us to maintain limited production while creating exclusive pieces that are unique to each customer.
How pre-order works?
Simply select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you place your order, the full payment is completed at checkout. 30 percent of the product price is charged as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your order and allows production to begin. Since each garment is made specifically for you, this deposit secures the materials, craftsmanship, and production process. If you have not included your measurements during checkout, you are welcome to email them to us after placing your order. We will incorporate them into the production whenever possible.
How long do you have to wait?
Most garments are produced within 1–4 weeks after your pre-order is confirmed. Some designs, particularly those from The Artisanal Line, may require additional time due to their intricate handcrafted production processes. We appreciate your patience. Every Hristakiev garment is carefully crafted to become a timeless, exclusive piece made just for you.
Can your return the products from pre-order?
Yes. Made-to-order products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The garment must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Return shipping and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As every garment is produced specifically for you, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Once your return has been received and approved, 70% of the original purchase price will be refunded.
How pre-order makes fashion more sustainable?
We strive to limit the amount of inventory to match the exact amount you, our clients, desire --- not less, nor more. You will receive products that won't be available after the pre-orders ends. This means that only you and the few people who participated in the pre-order will own the products from the collection. By producing in limited quantities, we ensure the exclusive nature of the products and we control our environmental footprint.
