Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product should be returned unworn, unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the direct cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Products individually made according to the customer's measurements or other specifically requested customisations are considered customised products and are not eligible for the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nevertheless, as a voluntary return policy, Hristakiev may accept the return of such customised products within 14 days from delivery and refund 70% of the purchase price, with the remaining 30% representing the non-refundable custom production deposit.
This limitation does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the specifications agreed with the customer.
