Products from the pre-order can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. In order for the return to be successful, the product should have full integrity and no damages. Due to the exclusive nature of the product, only 70 percent of the payment would be refunded - the price without the deposit. 

The product is made to order and will be shipped within one to two weeks after a pre-order is placed. For the right size, please refer to the size guide. For size customization, write us an additional message.
