Products from the pre-order can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In order for the return to be successful, the product should have full integrity and no damages. Due to the exclusive nature of the product, only 70 percent of the payment would be refunded - the price without the deposit.
